Physical fitness is a very important role in our life. By doing regular physical exercise, we can save ourselves from all diseases and live the best life.
Physical activity protects us from many diseases. Like Heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular and reduction of the risk of DANGEROUS Cancer.

Importance of physical activity or exercise

Doing a regular exercise or physical activities helps physical and mental health is good.  Good thoughts come all day.
We feel positive energy and positive vibes.
Getting a good opportunity to be active.
Feeling energetic whole day
Relaxing mind feel happy and think good thoughts.

Going morning walk
Doings at least 40 minutes of physical activity every
We should do Running 10-15 minutes it helps reduce millions of diseases.
Doings some basic exercise like Push-ups, sit up chin up or pull up. You can do all this at home or in a small space in your garden.

Is it necessary to go to the gym?

Absolutely no! our only purpose to healthy and fit. We should be doing some 7 basis exercise to become healthier in our home like.. before starting to do warming up for 5 to 10 minutes to increase your blood levels.
1. Jumping jack or Rope jumping best for the whole body
2. Push up  for chest
3. Sit up or plank best to reduce Belly fat
4.Lunges best for legs
5. Squats best for glutes
6.Burpees for the whole body
7. Running or walking for the whole body
By doing these exercises cool down body 5-10 by normal walk.
